It's also where I went to college (RIT) and made the switch from being a silver and goldsmith to be a cook. So one of the first things I did was figure it out.” Gale Gand We will be offering a 3 course sampling dinner for $35 Wines not included Gale will have her cookbooks and Rootbeer for purchase. This will be a great opportunity for anyone getting into the food service industry, anyone wanting to write a cook book or just listen to many of Gale’s life experiences.
